Including, but not limited to, screening and placing residents, lease management, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repairs, resident move outs. In addition, I also assist with marketing our properties and managing all resident relations and acting as a liaison between owners and residents.

My job is to focus on attracting and securing residents for our rental properties by marketing our properties and show available units. Including, but not limited to helping with the screening process of potential applicants, manage the lease signing process, and in return this ensures higher occupancy rates. I am also a licensed real estate agent and have the ability to facilitate real estate transactions by connecting buyers and sellers, representing their interests in negotiations, and guiding them through the process of buying, selling, or renting property.

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the resident portal

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.
